Pastoral Care

At St Michael’s we can offer support to people in the village, whether they are members of the congregation or not.

In today’s world, people of all ages can find themselves facing times of difficulty, including family and relationship turmoil, isolation, loneliness, loss and illness.

If you would like to talk to someone who will listen to you in a safe and welcoming environment, then we have people who can do that. We won’t tell you what to do, though we may help you to come to your own decision, or simply listen to you if that is what you want.

We do not offer professional counselling, medical or debt advice but can point you in the direction of professional help if you feel that would be useful.

If you want to find out more about how pastoral care works, contact Reverend James Russell on 01256 589614 or Anne Stokes on 01256 397223.
