{"id":479,"date":"2024-09-20T14:08:01","date_gmt":"2024-09-20T13:08:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/overtonbenefice.org.uk\/st-marys\/?page_id=479"},"modified":"2025-09-02T14:42:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T13:42:18","slug":"pastoral-care","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/overtonbenefice.org.uk\/st-marys\/community\/pastoral-care\/","title":{"rendered":"Pastoral Care"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">St Mary\u2019s Pastoral Care Team, comprises 6 members and one of the aims of the group is visiting and supporting the lonely, housebound, or unwell. <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Members of the Team have also been involved in the preparation training and running of the first Bereavement Journey Course, which took place in February \u2013 March 2024 over 7 Wednesday afternoons. 12 people in total have taken part in this course, which helps people process their grief, and feedback from participants has been positive.
