Breathingspace \u2013 a Mindfulness Meditation led twice a week by members of the church family who are using core practices taught by Oxford Mindfulness, a not-for-profit organisation helping people achieve greater well-being and improved mental health through research-based mindfulness and meditation. Every Saturday morning at 8:30am till 9am there is an in-person practice led in the upper meeting room at the Overton Medical Practice Surgery in Station Road. At the same time others join us by Zoom link.\u00a0 The Mindfulness practice is reprised on Wednesday morning by Zoom only at 8:30am till 9am.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Join us at Breathingspace<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The sessions are all free of cost and on a turn up when you can basis.  Although the sessions have been organised by members of the church, the practices are not faith based but are open to all.
 If you would like to attend, please do just turn up at Overton Surgery on any Saturday morning, by 8:20am.  The access door is closed when the practice begins at 8:30pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
