{"id":1638,"date":"2025-12-03T15:38:29","date_gmt":"2025-12-03T15:38:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/overtonbenefice.org.uk\/st-marys\/?page_id=1638"},"modified":"2026-03-27T11:34:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T11:34:00","slug":"celebrating-our-church-life","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/overtonbenefice.org.uk\/st-marys\/celebrating-our-church-life\/","title":{"rendered":"Celebrating Our Church Life"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Past Highlights and Upcoming Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>March 202<\/strong>6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recent Highlights<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>St Mary\u2019s continues to experience steady progress across key areas of church life, with encouraging developments in people, projects, and partnership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bell Restoration \u2013 March 2026<\/strong><br>The final phase of the bell installation work has been underway throughout March, with completion expected by <strong>Thursday 26 March 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>JoyZone <\/strong><br>The most recent JoyZone session \u00a0saw strong repeat participation from both church families and the wider community, with the next session scheduled for late April.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Looking Ahead<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to a number of important developments over the coming months:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service of Dedication for the Bells<\/strong><br>A Re-hallowing service will take place in the evening of Palm Sunday. Mayor Cllr\u202fColin Philimore will be in attendance.
